What is your favorite thing about Food Truck Friday?
The fact that the St. Louis community shows up rain or shine to support local businesses. It’s a celebration of small business and community.

Do you have any new menu items this year?
The Hogfather – hot coppa, bacon and hot salami, toasted on garlic cheese bread.

What do you love about the STL food truck scene?
The fact that all the trucks trade lunch with each other! You get to try something different at every stop.

What’s the biggest challenge of running a food truck?
The fact that the business (the truck) can break down!

What is your favorite menu item to make?
Hot Salami
